It has been so long. life is busy kids are growing we are still camping we have gotten into offroading now we have 2 4x4 toyotas

Camping with pack 543

Sp great place lots of mosquitoes this one was my favorite I got to tell you we where so scare of having Matt joining the Scouts we have talk to so many parents so we give in so the day of getting the shirts and meet you teacher day a Deen from pack 543 in Katy so got some info and we decided to give it a try we had put Matt in sports but he just does not put 100% for the first time we had a few maybe a lot of questions we thought they will be camping a lot we do but not them we only had 2 camp outs in the whole year we have heard from other scouts they camp once a month first camp out was at Lake Texana one of our Favorites places to camp every thing was good but so unorganized the second one was at Palmeto Sp great place lots of mosquitoes this one was my favoritecamp out with the scouts much better organize they had great dinner games hikes it was the best can't wait for next year I will be doing a blog about this pack
